Every month the editors at Indie Searchlight bring you new talent in the artistic world. Perhaps now, more than ever before, the traditional publishing markets are flooded with new talent that is so often overlooked because of their innovation and unique outlook on the world that filters into their work.

Unlike these traditional markets, that send these writers packing, Indie Searchlight takes pride in bringing you unheard of writers. These writers present their work in varying forms. As all writers do, we present our work for the entertainment value they possess. However, we here at Indie Searchlight, present them in the hopes that it will spur the imaginations and creativity of those who have stifled themselves in fear of the publishing world.

This month we bring you the talented Casondra Brewster and Mr. J.B. Bergstad. Both presented work to us, that was hauntingly realistic and certain to capture your interest with vivid details and the emotions associated with highly personal (at least for their characters) incidents.
